Applicants must ensure the accuracy and authenticity of their academic credentials. Any false or misleading information may violate Hong Kong laws on “False Instruments” or “Making False Instruments”. The College reserves the right to:
申请人必须确保学历证明文件真确无讹。任何失实虚报都可能违触犯「虚假文书」或「制造虚假文书」等香港法例。学院保留以下权利：

• revoke the offer of admission/ student status/ awards already conferred 取消入学资格／学籍／已颁授的学位;
• forfeit the application fee, tuition fees, and other admission-related fees paid 没收已缴交的报名费、学费及其他入学相关费用;
• directly contact or request applicants to contact their credential-awarding institutions or bodies to provide verified true copies of relevant academic credentials 直接联络或要求申请人联络学历证明文件的颁授院校或机构，提交有关学历的经核证副本;
• re-verify the academic credentials submitted by current students at the time of admission and throughout their period of study and may request further proof 复查在学学生于入学时所提交的学历，并要求学生提供进一步证明;
• refer the case to the law enforcement authorities of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and seek compensation from the offender 将个案交予香港特区政府执法部门处理，并向违法者追究损失.
