If you have been using the previous sports booking system since academic year 2016/17 or before, please use your previous system ID and password to login. However, the previous system login will be replaced by NetID in September 2017. Please make sure you apply for a NetID and go through the One-time Activation before September 2017.

- Am I eligible to use the Sports Facilities Booking System?
- All existing Staff, Staff Dependants, Alumni, Emeritus Professors, Long Service Retirees are eligible to use the system.
- Do I need to register for the Sports Facilities Booking System?
- No registration is required for current staff.
- For immediate family members of staff, they are required to apply for an Immediate Family Card at HRO. Please contact HRO at 2766 5333 or email hremail@polyu.edu.hk for details.
- For alumni / approved users, they are required to apply for a Sports Facilities User Card at the Sports Facilities Booking Counters. Please contact SAO at 2766 6780 or email us at sports.development@polyu.edu.hk for details.
- How do I make deposit to my Sports Facilities Booking Account?
- Users should go to the Sports Facilities Booking Counters to deposit at least HKD 100 (up to HKD 1000) to their Sports Facilities Booking Account, or make deposit online in the system.
- What is my NetID?
- The PolyU NetID (Network IDentity) is your key to the central IT facilities and services including e-mailing & collaboration, e-learning, portal, personal web hosting & storage, administration application systems, and Internet access.
- To apply for a NetID, please visit https://idportal.polyu.edu.hk/.
- What is my NetPassword?
- You will create your NetPassword when you apply for your NetID.
