Guideline to enable cookies and JavaScript

 

For the JETCO Payment to work, cookies setting and JavaScript setting must be enabled in your browser. The following procedure is to demonstrate the step how to enable cookies and JavaScript in different kinds of browsers and versions.

 

1. Enable Cookies

1.1  For Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.X

1.2  For Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.X

1.3   For Netscape 6.X & 7.X

1.4  For Netscape 4.7X

 

2. Enable JavaScript

2.1 For Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.X-6.X

2.2 For Netscape 7.X

2.3 For Netscape 4.7x, 6.X

 

 

1. Enable Cookies

 

1.1  For Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.X

 

1.      Click “Tools”;

2.      Select “Internet Options…”;

3.      Select the tab marked as “Privacy”;

4.      Click “Advance”;

5.      Check the box of “Override automatic cookie handling”;

6.      Select “Accept First-Party cookie”;

7.      Clink “OK”;

8.      Click “Apply”;

9.      And then click “OK”.

  1. Go to “Tools” and Select “Internet Options”.
  2. Select the tab marked as “Security”
  3. Choose “Custom Level”
  4. Enable the option of “Allow cookie that stored on your computer”
  5. Enable the option of Allow per-session cookies (not stored)”
  6. Press “OK” and then “OK”.

1.3  For Netscape 6.X & 7.X

 

  1. Go to “Edit”, Select “Preference”.
  2. Choose “Advanced”.
  3. Enable Java;
  4. Enable JavaScript and Style Sheets;
  5. Accept Cookies;
  6. Enable SSL v2 and v3, then Click “OK”.

  1. 在主目錄選取  “編輯” , 按 “Preference”  ;
  2. 選擇 “Advanced”  ;
  3. 啓動 Java 功能  ;
  4. 啓動JavaScript 及Style Sheets  ;
  5. 啓動 Cookies功能及按  “確認”  ;
  6. 在主目錄選取 “Communicator” 及選擇  “工具”  ;
  7. 於 “Security Info” 選擇 “Navigator” ; 啓動 SSL v2 及 v3 .

 

1.4  For Netscape 4.7X

 

  1. Click “Edit”;
  2. Select “Preference”;
  3. Click “Advanced”;
  4. And then select the radio button of “Accept all cookies” or “Accept only cookie that get sent back to the originating server”.

  1. 按 “Edit”;
  2. 選擇 “Preference”;
  3. 按 “Advanced”;
  4. 再選擇 “Accept all cookies” 或 “Accept only cookie that get sent back to the originating server”.

 

 

2. Enable JavaScript

 

2.1 For Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.X-6.X

 

  1. Go to the Tools menu and select Internet Options.
  2. In the Internet Options window, select the Security tab (at the top of the window).
  3. Under the Security tab, select the Internet Web content zone.
  4. Under Security Level for this zone:
  5. If there is a slider bar move the slider bar to Medium. Otherwise, if the security level is Custom:
    1. Click on the Custom Level … button at the bottom of the page to open the Security Settings window.
    2. In the Security Settings window scroll down until you get to the section called Scripting (near the bottom).
    3. Under Scripting there is a category Active Scripting, select the option marked Enable for this category.
    4. Click the OK button.

  1. 按  “工具”  ;
  2. 選擇  “網際網絡工具”  ;
  3. 按  “安全性”  ;

  6. 啟動  “Active Scripting”  ;
  7. 按  “確定”  .

 

2.3 For Netscape 7.X

 

  1. Go to the Edit menu and select Preferences…
  2. In the Preferences window, go to the Category column (on the left hand side) and double click on Advanced to expand the menu.
  3. In the sub-menu under Advanced click on Scripts & Plugins.
  4. Go to the right hand side:
    1. Enable JavaScript for Navigator.
    2. Click the OK button.

 

如何在Netscape 7.X 啟動 JavaScript

 

  1. 按  “Edit”  ;
  2. 選擇  “Preference”  ;
  3. 於左方欄目的  “Category”  中按  “Advanced”  的  “+”  號   ;
  4. 在  “Advance”  項目下選擇  “Scripts & Plugins”  ;
  5. 於右方欄目剔入  “JavaScript for Navigator”  ;
  6. 按  “OK”  .

  

2.4 For Netscape 4.7X, 6.X

 

  1. Go to the Edit menu and select Preferences…
  2. In the Preferences window, go to the Category column (on the left hand side) and select Advanced.
  3. Go to the right hand side:
    1. Netscape 4.7x:

            Enable JavaScript

    1. Netscape 6.x:

             Enable JavaScript for Navigator

    1. Click the OK button.
